where do i get a replacement display since it is showing a black smudgey mark on all the is less than 2 months old
JA: What's the make/model of your GPS unit? How old is it?
Customer: i am looking on my iphone for the make/model
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: vivofit 3
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: i am not sure i did not do anything different

Customer: i have just starting troubleshooting and came to the request of someone else that had the same problem...i don't see a solution except having the display replaced
