To help you with this issue, may I ask:
1) What is the operational status of the device at this time - especially related to the BATTERY LIFE of the device once disconnected from any power source (does it continue to operate for AT LEAST 20 minutes)?
2) Did the device "change mode" when connected to the computer AND was "seen" by the computer (as a removable storage device)?
