When trying to sync up my WT5 I end up with the following

Customer Question

When trying to sync up my WT5 I end up with the following message; Unknown error while accessing D:\subsys\C3.wcp. This has been since switching to Windows 10. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: I have a Dell laptop 15inch
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I have downloaded the program several times cleared my programs and reloaded the program. I connect to Golfbuddy with WT5 plugged in it goes through looking for device then I get above message
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Other than trying to redownload and reboot system I don't know what else to do
JA: Is there anything else the GPS Technician should be aware of?
Customer: Not that I can think of. I'm hoping that once I get this problem taken care of I will be able to correct a golf course problem that I noticed while playing one of my courses

There may be a bad connection between the watch and the computer.

Check that the terminals are clean on the back of the watch.

Also make sure the data cable and charger are inserted all the way into the computer USB port.

Let me know if that helps?

If that didn't work then the watch has suffered a fault and will need to be reset. If a reset does not work then it will need to be returned to a service center for repair.
