I have a nuvi 2595 that is constantly telling me that there

I have a nuvi 2595 that is constantly telling me that there is a strong wind warning
JA: What model of Nuvi are you using? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: I think it is something in the Smartphone link since when I disconnect the link and reboot the nuvi the warning goes away
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Turn the link back on and the warning comes back
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: deleated and reinstalled smartphone link on my phone
JA: Is there anything else important you think the GPS Technician should know?
Customer: per Garmin Express my nuvi is up to date software wise and it was a fresh download of smartphone link when I reinstalled it
