when I try to connect to connect Garmin Express, I am thold tat it cannot connect to Google chrome background
JA: What is the exact model of your Garmin? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Edge 810
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: nothing! I had to replace my Edge 810 because it failed, but that model always connected.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: none
JA: Is there anything else the GPS Technician should be aware of?
Customer: I downloaded the latest version of Garmin Express. and used my old Garmin Express icon to connect

If the Garmin Express plugin is not recognized by Chrome, you should still be able to use Garmin Express on your computer.

Have you tried updating your Chrome browser, or using a different web browser?
