Customer Question

I was sent an email with instructions to download the latest maps update. But BI have not been able to login. It says to enter a valid email and I can't go any further.
JA: What's the make/model of your GPS unit? How old is it?
Customer: It won't let me login with my email***@******.*** to magellan so I can register my gps device and update my maps.
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Model 5390
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: 5390T sn 0866000004024
JA: Is there anything else the GPS Technician should be aware of?
Customer: Trying to register my unit and download latest maps update but can't login.
