I have a Garmin HUD and I don't know how to connect. Garmin mobile Express doesn't recognize it.
JA: What is the exact model of your Garmin? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: The manual says 190-01608-00_0B. It is brand new, but I don't know how old it is.
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: don't know what you mean

1) Do you have one of Garmin's navigation programs on your smart phone?

NOTE: Those navigation programs are either Street Pilot (iPhone) or NAVIGON.
