Welcome to, my name is Dustin.
I'm sorry to hear about the issue you are having, I will do my best to help you resolve it.

Expert:  Dustin replied 9 months ago.

This should definitely be an issue we can fix together.. And my apologies that no one responded to you sooner.

What I would like to try first is the emergency reboot procedure below. If you get stuck at any point during this procedure, send a reply. If you cannot complete this procedure, send a reply. And if this works for you, please send a reply so we can mark this issue as solved / closed. Lets get started.

First Make sure that the unit is fully charged.
Please note that all user information will be lost, not the Scores and other "DATA".
Turn off the unit completely.
Press and hold the “Menu” button.
While Holding the “Menu” button press and hold the “Power” button until the screen lights up.
Release the “Power” button but keep holding down the “Menu” button.
Once you see “emergency reboot 1/3” on the screen, release the “Menu” button.
Set aside the unit for approximately 5 minutes and the unit will reset the factory setting.

If all the above goes as planned, you should have a working unit again.

I strive to provide great service, and greatly appreciate a 5 star rating clicked and submitted when you are satisfied.. I always answer follow up questions.
