GPS Repair Problems? Ask a GPS Technician for Answers ASAP

Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your device.
To help you with this issue, may I ask:
1) The AGE of the device?
2) WHEN this issue first began (or was noticed)?
3) Would you like to replace the battery yourself (or with the help of a friend) - OR - Have it done for you?
I understand. That serial number tells the EXACT model - which is Nuvi 265T, but nothing else.
Can you GUESS the AGE, and tell me WHEN the battery seemed to start to fail?

You can usually get these batteries online (for sure) OR if you have a "battery store" close by, you may be able to get them locally.
