JA: Just to clarify, what's the brand and model of the GPS?
Customer: bmw motorad v
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: no idea where to go to have access to this order to download
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?

JA: Anything else you want the gps expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no if some one can just download to my gps will be great the gps is already plug in my computer by usb cable

To help you with this issue, let me mention that MOST downloads can be added to the device by using a program called Garmin Express. That program can be downloaded and installed on your computer using the following link.

NOTE: There should be a video on that page that shows how to get started. Please take a few minutes to watch that video to see what should happen once Garmin Express is installed on your computer and then launched.
