I can not advance from steps to time, etc. With the band on. I have to take the vivofit 2 out of the band
JA: What's the make/model of your GPS unit? How old is it?
Customer: 'Garmin vivofit2. I bought it about 4 months ago.
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Before what popped up. This has been happening since day 1.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Don't know what to do.
