Customer Question

Why can't I set my clock in 24 hour format
JA: What's the make/model of your GPS unit? How old is it?
Customer: I'm talking about my Vivofit 2
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Nothing popped up. Although my computer shows the time in 24h format, my Vivofit2 will not
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have reset everything without being able to fix the problem
JA: Anything else you want the gps expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not at this time

You can customize your device settings and user settings on your Garmin Connect™ account. From your devices widget, select Device then Time Format and you can select 24 hour format.

Do you have Garmin Connect setup on your computer?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
That's what I've been doing. It gets the time right but not the format!

Are you selecting the Time Format option within the Garmin Connect account settings? This is different than your actual Garmin device.

I have not heard back from you in a while --

Were you able to change the settings within the Garmin Connect account (not the actual Vivofit)?
