Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,

Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your device.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:

1) The AGE of the device?

2) WHEN this issue first began (or was noticed)?

Hi again,

I see it has been a few days and I haven't seen a response on this page, so I just wanted to follow up to see if you have any more questions concerning this issue OR if the issue was resolved?

I only ask because "2 hours" of battery life for this unit is NOT bad, especially if it is over a year old.

I checked the specification for this unit, and see that "Battery life" is specified at "up to 2.5 hours" - and that is with a FULLY charged NEW battery, and with the unit set to use the least amount of power (dim screen setting, low volume, etc.)

I look forward to any further questions or results that you may have.

Thanks, ***** *****
