I have a Garmin Edge 500. When I downloaded the data earlier

I have a Garmin Edge 500. When I downloaded the data earlier it worked just fine and I could view it on Garmin Express. But now I can't sign in. Can you help please?
JA: What is the exact model of your Garmin? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It's an Edge 500 IC-1792A. It's about 5 years old.
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Nothing. I tried restarting the computer but that didn't help.
