I am having trouble with Garmin Express, can,t get it to recognize my nuvi 2555LM
JA: What is the exact model of your Garmin? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: s/n 2EW424443. 4 YEARS OLD
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: NOTHING
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Different cords. The problem is I am running Windows 10 with Evido
