Hi, we bought a Garmin in Sam's Club in June of this year and it does not work , the manager told me to contact you because those Garmin have 4 years warranty and we will receive a new one. we will appreciated your help
JA: What is the exact model of your Garmin? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: I do not have the box but the numbers are Garmin 145-01615-10
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: nothing , it just when black
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?

This is usually an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.

Remove the charger from the Garmin and hold the power button to off for 60 seconds.

Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the unit.
