hi I bought and used my garmin in calif and now I am in texas and it wont recognize and locations in texas, how do I fix this?
JA: What is the exact model of your Garmin? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: give me a minute and I will get it please
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: it wont recognize texas, its about 2 trs old but it has no identication number
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: just tried typing the location I needed in texas multiple times
