JA: The Clock Technician will know what to do. Please tell me everything you can so the Clock Technician can help you best.
Customer: My gps will not take a charge from the vehicle and shuts off after showing a yellow looking battery with 3 bars in the battery
JA: Is there anything else the Clock Technician should be aware of?
Customer: gps has never been dropped or in the heat. I use this gps about three times a week for my driving job with a dealership. Need this to work desperately.
