I have a S2 GPS. It appears that I need a new battery as the present one does not hold a charge. It would appear that I have to return to Garmin for new battery. Correct? If so, please send needed address information. Thank you. ***** -***@******.***,(###) ###-####
JA: What is the exact model of your Garmin? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Model is S2. On back of watch is 30y048133. Unit is about 3 years old.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I cleaned the back pretty good (it was dirty) and put back on charger to see is that helps. No results yet.
JA: The GPS expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?
