My Nuvi 1350 says no map data available, even though I have downloaded that latest maps.
JA: What model of Nuvi are you using? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: 1350 and probably 5-10 years old.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None. I was going to the website when the chat box popped up so I thought I would ask you.

Sorry I didn't see your question earlier and to hear of any issue you are having with your device.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:

1) When was the device last used SUCCESSFULLY?

2) WHEN did this issue first begin?

3) When does this message appear (immediately on power up, when trying to find an address, etc.)?
