I have an S6 and have updated the software and the watch

Hi. I have an S6 and have updated the software and the watch will not recognize any courses near. I have also done a Hard Reset. Help, please.
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: I updated over the weekend to go play today and at the course, it came up with this.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Hard Reset and Seeing if I didn't complete the installation

Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your device.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:

1) The FULL Make & Model Number of the device you are working with?

2) The AGE of the device?

3) When the update was done, did it appear to "go well"?

4) IF the update went well, did you turn the device ON - in golf mode - and see if the device could find and lock on the satellite signals?

Garmin Approach S6, which is about 6 mos. old. Update was done this weekend, and as it was searching satellites on the golf course it came with the error No Course Near

Are you still relatively close to any course, and can power up the device again - to see if it will find and lock on the satellite signals?

Also, did you WATCH the update, and did it appear to "go well" - and include course updates?

It appeared to go well and the closest golf course is 2.5 miles, so it should pick it up

I have used it several times since December, plugged it in to use it this weekend, did the update and now it says no courses near
