GPS Repair Problems? Ask a GPS Technician for Answers ASAP

Sorry to hear of any trouble you may be having locating software or maps.
May I ask the AGE of this device and its current "condition"?
That is, does it still work well and have good battery life (a few hours or more), AND do the maps in the unit still operate for you?
Can you also CONFIRM that this is a StreetPilot c330 device?
I only ask because this is one of the older units, that has been "discontinued" for some time, and getting "current" maps may be a "challenge" and/or expensive.
I see it has been a few days and I just wanted to follow up to see if you have any more questions concerning this issue or if the issue was resolved?
I only ask because with a unit of this age, and if you need a "working unit" with "up-to-date maps", it may be easier and less cost to simply replace the unit with a newer model device - such as a Garmin Nuvi.
