Hi there and welcome Colleen,

This usually happens if the collars are from different countries

To access the collar's information page:

  1. Press Dog twice
  2. Select the Dog that is unable to communicate
  3. Select Show Info
  4. Press Menu button
  5. Select Identify Dog Unit

The letter after the software version will give the country version. The country version codes are as follow, using 2.40 as an example software version in parenthesis:

  • No letters display in software version - North America (2.40)
  • S - Norway / Sweden (2.40S)
  • G - German (2.40G)
  • U - United Kingdom (2.40U)
  • F - France (2.40F)
  • R - Russia (2.40R)

Do this for each collar, are the countries the same?
