I purchased my Garmin several years ago and have used it

I purchased my Garmin several years ago and have used it successfully many times, able to download the life-time maps and all. I'm updating my maps while preparing for a trip. The installation processed just so far until it ask me for a number of my Garmin. I don't know the number or where to find it. I tried to open my account but the FactoryOutlet did not recognize it. I tired to re-register it with FactoryOut but they are asking for info that I don't remember. How do I access my original account I set up with Garmin. Jim Griffith

1) The FULL Model Number of the device you are working with?
2) What tool (website, program, etc.) are you trying to use to update your device?
3) Has the device EVER been updated (successfully) in the past?

Terminate this effort and refund/reverse the charge to my debit card. I was able to download and install my map update with Garmin Expressed.
