GPS Repair Problems? Ask a GPS Technician for Answers ASAP

Sorry I didn't see your question earlier and to hear of any issue you may be having with your device.
To help you with this issue, may I ask:1) Do you have the FULL manual for this device?2) The AGE of the device?3) HOW LONG have you had this device, and have you used any similar Garmin devices before?
OK - did you see pages 9, 10, and 11 - having to do with "Tracks" and how they are created & used, including the saving of tracks and using the "TracBack" feature of this device?
NOTE: I don't have one of these particular units in the shop right now, so I can not give you EXACT steps for setting up the device - other than how to CLEAR and set up (turn on) the track log to gather data points.
Also, have you EVER used the "BaseCamp" program, which is the computer program that allows you to edit or create "Routes" to be used on the device? I only ask because that is what I believe is the program you may want to use for what you want to do.

There could be something going wrong with any payment method being used, as the payment companies are VERY CAREFUL at this time of the year - especially if you don't do much "online" shopping or transactions.
