Do you have another computer there? If you do, does the other computer detected the Nuvi?
ok, we have two options here, we need to either factory reset the Nuvi which will wipe all data and return it to new, or try another computer to confirm where the problem lies.
As you have no computer there we need to do the reset of the Nuvi.
To do this
Disconnect it from the computerHold your finger on the lower-right corner of the screen while turning on the unit and keeping the finger pressed until a message appear, that will allow you to delete all user-entered information.
Say yes and let the restart complete and set it up again and tell me if it then connects please.
