Sorry to hear of the issue you are having with your device.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:
1) The FULL Make & Model Number of the device you are working with?
2) The AGE of the device?
3) WHEN this issue first began?

Hi again and thanks for that confirmation.

OK - on the bottom of the device there should be an SD card slot (or microSD). Please try turning OFF your device, and try to EJECT the card that should be there (press in slightly - so that the card "pops out" - then remove completely).

When you do that, take a look at the contacts of the card and see if the contacts look "dirty" at all, and perhaps clean the contacts with a bit of alcohol & a lint free cloth.

Then reinsert the card and power the device ON again, to see if that message goes away.

I have attached an image of the connectors & slot at the bottom of the device - as a reference.

Please let me know your results - when you can.
