have a tomtom 600 about 1 month old. purchased a new Samsung 6. downloaded app my drive . programed for hands free driving. all loaded ok. making call from home phone cell rings but gps does not pick up the call

For hands-free operation of your tomtom GO 600 you need to connect with Bluetooth and its PAN (Personal Area Network) facility.

And for hands-free calling with tomtom 600, you need to use the A2DP protocol with the connection. Nothing else will work.
