Yesterday I purchased and downloaded City Navigator

Yesterday I purchased and downloaded City Navigator for North America to my Nuvi 1450. When I try to change the country to Mexico, it shown "not found." The sole purpose of purchasing this update was to enable driving in Mexico. What could be wrong?

Sorry to hear of the issue you are having with your GPS.
May I ask about HOW the update went?
For example, did you see ANY messages on the computer screen letting you know if there were ANY issues with the download and installation of the maps?
May I also ask if you can CHECK the version of the maps that were installed?
To do that, start at the MAIN screen, then touch TOOLS, then SETTINGS, then MAP. On that screen, you should see an INFO button (at the bottom of the screen).
Please take a look at that screen and send me back ALL of the content of that screen back here (including ALL lines of text and any icons you may see).
