Hello,

Thank you for using
justanswer.com, my name is XXXXX XXXXX I will be happy to assist you with your
concern today.

One thing I always wish to try and do is let you know if
something comes up and I am not able to reply back right away but this is
sometimes something I cannot avoid. I will always try to reply back to you
right away however please understand that I may be busy answering another
customer back and thus it may sometimes take time to reply back to you. As soon
as I return I will be sure to reply back to you as soon as I am able to.

You can see all the communication we had in the link below including my answer to your question and what to do to try and fix the problem: http://www.justanswer.com/electronics/4cc2z-when-try-type-province-onmy-210-nuvi-soon.html

ok, please disconnect the gps from external power source, then flip up the antenna and press the reset button, now reconnect to a power source and let it reset.... if that does not work then you may need to return to your "home" location for the security setting you set before you can proceed with the device. This is a setting where it locks the nuvi untill it is returned to the area it was set up at.

If you need further assistance just let me know.

Thanks and have a Merry Christmas!

- Joe
