Ok, put the card in. From the main screen press TOOLS. Press SETTINGS. Press MAPS. Press INFO (or MORE INFO depending on the model).
You should see two sets of maps listed. Check the one you want to use, back out and reboot.

Great! Let's try three things to fix this. First please do a master reset. The instructions are at this link. Now let's do a software update. If you haven't already, please download WebUpdater at this link. After the download, connect the unit to the computer and open WebUpdater. This program will update your software. Finally, let's update the maps. Please click here and follow directions. If those three do not help, let me know and we will try something else.
