2012 durastar maxxforce stalling, no power

Mechanic's Assistant: Is the power loss consistent, or does it fluctuate?

Stalled, restarted ran for a few minutes, stalled-ran a few minutes, stalled. now it runs at idle sometimes then stalls, does not have enough power to move truck. very little throttle response if any. changed fuel filter, fuel source, and electric fuel pump. removed air cleaner and sepereated exhaust to elimated any possible clogg problems

2012 durastar maxxforce 13 ( I think) used to be a Penske box truck

Mechanic's Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?

New fuel pump, fuel filter, checked lines and conections

Mechanic's Assistant: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

It seems like a fuel issue or a sensor warming up and failing it is definitel starving for fuel not sure why or what to check/what is common

I don't think there is any external lines after the fuel filter housing is bolted directly to the block

Sorry but I am also not very familiar with this engine type. But I like to suggest you check the screen in the small filter under the priming pump, also in the priming pump there is a check valve and it needs the round plunjer to be screwed to full close to work. Also you can try to keep pumping the pump while running the engine, if that helps you have a good chance the lift pump is bad. If you don't feel pumping action (backpressure) there probably is a problem before the pump (clogged screen in fuel tank?).
