The high beams on my 2010 Yukon don't work. The low beams

Customer Question

The high beams on my 2010 Yukon don't work. The low beams work fine. When I flip to high beams both are dark.
JA: Have you checked the bulbs and fuses?
Customer: no.
JA: Are you fixing your Yukon yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Like to fix it myself. Just want to know where to start. Would seem unusual that both bulbs would fail at same time.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: bulbs werereplaced in Jan of this year

the first thing you need to do is check for voltage at the connector for the high beams at the bulbs.

start there.
