Both right side windows quit working checked fuse under dash

both right side windows quit working checked fuse under dash it is good checked motors both good. now I am lost please help
JA: Most vehicles have two fuse panels. Have you located both?
Customer: yes both are good
JA: What is the model/year of your GMC?
Customer: 2004 sierra 1500 4 door 4wd
JA: Are you fixing your Sierra 1500 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes swapped left side fuse with right side left still worked new motors still nothing was wondering if the rear window runs thur front window switch assy.Be cause both windows quit at same time.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

Under the Driver Dash near Firewall there should be a "RELAY BLOCK", that usually has a cover on it
Remove the cover & locate the "Right Door Circuit Breaker"
Click Attachment Below
Remove the Circuit Breaker for "2 Minutes"
Reinstall the Circuit Breaker & try windows
IF windows still do not work, test Voltage + on "both sides" of Circuit Breaker, plugged in & Key ON
