I have a few questions.
Does all the speakers mute?
Do you have any devices Bluetooth to the car?
Can you post your VIN number?
Have you tried to push the on-star button? See if there is any sound?
Does this happen on AM/FM/Sirius XM Radio

I still need to know if you have any thing connected to the radio?
I under stand it has it Bluetooth and xm radio.
I need to know are you connecting your phone to the radio?
If so disable blue tooth on the phone and see if the problem goes away.
There has been some issues with some phones.
When did the replace it?
There is no history of it.
How long does it take to quit?
Do have a rear unit with head set?
This how the turn signal works.
The IPC cluster sends a serial data message to the radio in order to activate the audible warning.
Did this problem start happening after the radio was reprogrammed in 08/04/2016 at 21,221 miles
If the dealer could have it with it inop. I would think they could find the problem.
Does it start to work after you shut the car off than restart it?
The only thing left is the radio.
Have you tried to tap on and around the radio to see if that changes anything?
Let me know if it makes it work.
