my 2016 gmc acadia audio ,radio , turn signals , etc is muted.
JA: Have you checked the fuse?
Customer: took it to dealer, they replaced amplifoer. yes
JA: Are you fixing your Acadia yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: took it to dealerrship 4x
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: we just picked it up frpm GMC dealerrship service to fix this issue and as soon as we got home sound was lost agian

I need to know are you connecting your phone to the radio?

If so disable blue tooth on the phone and see if the problem goes away.

There has been some issues with some phones.

This how the turn signal works.

The IPC cluster sends a serial data message to the radio in order to activate the audible warning.

Did this problem start happening after the radio was reprogrammed in 08/04/2016 at 21,221 miles

If the dealer could have it with it inop. I would think they could find the problem.

Does it start to work after you shut the car off than restart it?

The only thing left is the radio.

We bought it from dealer at 12,000 miles.
It just happens randomly -you can be driving down the highway and it just randomly quits .
Then 2 days later you will be driving and it will come back on and then off again.
Restarting doesn't correct it .
