2013 Yukon Denali. Hard wiring a radar detector to the

Customer Question

Hello Pearl. 2013 Yukon Denali. Hard wiring a radar detector to the rearview mirror. I'm looking for a schematic to identify a switched 12 VDC source and ground in the mirror plug. I believe pink is 12 VDC and black is ground, but I'm not sure
JA: Okay, I'll connect you to the mechanic to go over that information regarding your GMC Yukon Denali. Before I do, is there anything else you want him to know?

sorry for the delay..........
You are correct, PINK is the Ignition + & BLACK is Ground -
Be sure your Detector does not draw more than 5 amps, as the Mirror wires are thin
Otherwise you would go to the Ignition Switch PINK wire at the Steering Column
