Welcome, I'm Chris (aka Moose), my normal schedule online is around lunch and after dinner till early morning.

Can you go into better detail on what concern you need help with?

Never seen your response. The dic works intermittently, also gauge lights lights are dimmed all the way down in highest setting, turning the dimmer down dims then further. Dimmer lights on radio and doors work fine

I'm at the point of assuming the gauge cluster is faulty
Expert:  Chris (aka-Moose) replied 8 months ago.

Thanks for the extra info. The instrument cluster is going to be to blame for this concern.

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Any way to test it to make sure?
Expert:  Chris (aka-Moose) replied 8 months ago.

The tests are to verify good power and ground to the cluster when the issue is occurring and use a scan tool to see if there are codes stored.

Are gauge lights and the dic feed from the same source and ground? I'm assuming that if the lights work that he dic is also getting power?
Expert:  Chris (aka-Moose) replied 8 months ago.

Each gets power and ground from the same source. If the rest of the cluster works then its getting power and ground.
