very sorry for the delay..........
Radio, Communication Module & many other Components need the use of GM Dealer Scan Tool with possibility of "Candi Module" or Aftermarket equal, in which some Aftermarket Scan Tools like Snap On, etc. can Program many different Modules, but you will also need connection to GM Main Computer for different VCI Code Numbers
