I do not have a truck. However, the people on the phone line don't understand me because of my accent. I just spent 15 minutes in the car trying to get help with the comprehension of my accent.
JA: What year is your Accent?
Customer: I am 86 and english is not my childhood language.
JA: What is the make/model of your car?
Customer: Chevy Malibu 2011
JA: Are you fixing your Malibu yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I called on star on the phone to discontinue the service. I was instructed to use the car phone to get help with accent recognition. They kept reperating all kinds of numbers when I never gave them any.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Can somebody help? If not disconnecting the service is the best option

To cancel the onstar service you have to call them. It cannot be cancelled online. Have you tried calling from a regular phone?
