Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

Your amplifier isn't functioning. The problem is most likely the amp itself but it cul be a loss of power or ground.

If fuses are good then one quick thing you can do is a battery disconnect. It isn't uncommon for an amp to lock up electrically and come back with a power cycle.

If that doesn't help then the amp's powers and grounds will need to be tested and if ok then it can be condemned.
