Customer Question

None of my radio bands (xm/am/fm) are getting reception.
JA: Is this an aftermarket stereo, or did it come with the car?
Customer: Factory.
JA: What is the model/year of your GMC?
Customer: 2011 sle
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: If there is an easy one. Checked antenna connection on roof and that is it.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Wondering if it in in the wiring - changed a flat 2 weeks ago (jack is located near the module I think) and that is when the problem for much worse.

Ok, thats what I figured. That module in the rear is for the on star. Did you damage and connections in there when you got the jack out?
