JA: Where exactly do you think the noise is coming from? And how long has this been going on?
Customer: click is near the window motor, about 2 weeks
JA: What is the model/year of your GMC?
Customer: 2013 sierra 1500 4 door 4x4
JA: Are you fixing your Sierra 1500 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: myself , still looking for answers. fuses are good

Likely the Window Motor Gear & / or a broken Window Regulator
You need to remove the Door Panel & inspect the Regulator Cables & the Window Motor
These Regulators are Cable driven & "non use" can cause them to break
