Customer Question

it died on me at work. I went out to start it all it did was click like the battery was dead. I turned the key off then tried again but no accessory lights came on and i wasnt able to get my key out of the ignition. i got out of my car with ignition on but no power to anything and it stated beaping. i was then able to turn the ignition to get key out and later we came out and jumped the car off and it started right off three times.
JA: Is the power loss consistent, or does it fluctuate?
Customer: im not sure it just happened yesterday . i didnt try to drive it today
JA: What is the model/year of your GM?
Customer: 2006 envoy
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: if it is pretty simple i can fix it myself. we tried repositioning the tilt steering wheel in case it was a short and jumping the car off
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: i dont know if it has any variable but we have an air leak in rear suspension
