Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

P0449 is for the evap system vent valve and won't be related to the other warning lights. This could either be wiring or the valve, more likely the valve.

The stability and traction control lights have come on because the ABS module has seen a problem somewhere in the system that will prevent proper traction control functions and set a fault code. There are many things that could be causing the lights ranging from the brake switch, speed sensors, the ABS module, hydraulic control unit or pump motor, wiring, steering angle and yaw sensors. The first step in diagnosing these lights will be to use a capable scan tool or code reader to see what fault codes are setting in the ABS module ad testing can be done from there.
