Hello, my name is***** you tell me if all of this stopped working at the same time?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It seems to have happened when I drove the truck through some potholes....
I thought maybe it was a loose connection....but I took the dash apart...
Everything is plugged in properly and all the fuses are goodThank you
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
just want to see if this came through to you.....not sure.
Expert:  FIX IT MAN replied 1 year ago.
Thank you. Most of the time this occurs because there is a wiring problem under the dash near the parking brake assembly. The wiring along the top of it wears through and shorts causing this. If that wiring is fine then it may be a fuse or the cluster self may have failed. Did you plan on fixing this yourself?

Just checked it....
Everything look good there....
No wear on the wires either....What fuse would it be that controls the secondary information center????
