The Seat Circuit Breakers are located in the Body Relay Block

The Body Relay Block is located on the left side of the dash, to the right of the instrument panel fuse block.

the diagram I posted is right out of the Factory Service Manual for a "2000 GMC JIMMY"
you have not indicated if you tested for Voltage + at the Seat Switch
ORANGE wire at the Switch
The Body Relay Block is where the Circuit Breaker is
