Gary walked through your diagnostics for a fscm blowing fuse on 2009 seirra...based off your notes fscm was bad...replaced now not blowing fuse but still no power to fuel pump

you installed a brand new FPCM ?

from what I'm told it has to be flashed by dealer...that's why I'm not getting any power to the fuel pump?

that is correct

the new FPCM must be flashed with programming by the dealer or any shop with programming capabilities
