Member of what? And what additional cost?

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
First 3 out 8 are broken. I signed up with just answer . com for questions answered for a monthy fee. I just saw a additional fee. I since found out that it's not covered.

Sorry I am 3rd party to the website as a verified expert. I have no control over site subscriptions and such. AS for the glow plugs, that is unfortunate. The last ones I have dealt with that broke, the head needed to be replaced. I know of no special tools or procedure to remove them. I hope that they are all in one head. All I can suggest is soaking the rest with penetrating fluid prior to removing and do this when the engine is hot, it seems to help.
