Customer Question

Hi, I was wandering if there was a procedure to do after installing a new blend door actuator. Mine is the electrical type. Working on a 1997 gmc jimmy. Heat and ac work great if you manually turn the door. With the new motor on all I can get out of it is cold air. It won't switch to heat. Is there a special way to install or something I have missed?
