Hola. Soy propietario de una Montana 2007, Reemplazé la caja de velocidades y tengo los problemas siguientes: el motor se apaga frecuentemente, estando en alto, al colocar la velocidad de REVERSA y avanzar, la aguja del velocimetro esta inestable se mueve estando en alto, al avanzar en DRIVE a veces se apaga y la aguja de velocimetro inestable afecta el inicio del avance.

Si este problema inly ocurrió después de que reemplazaron la caja de engranajes más probable que causó el motor para tener una fuga de vacío causando la aguja emite, así como el estancamiento de problemas o dejó algo desconectado o dañado un componente eléctrico.

Apertura de la válvula de ajuste del múltiple de admisión (IMT)

A continuación se muestra el procedimiento de prueba de diagnóstico para este código. Esto tiene que ser seguido para poder localizar y reparar este problema aquí.

Verificación del Circuito / Sistema
1. Encendido ON motor apagado.
2. Comience a encender y apagar la válvula IMT. El parámetro de comando de la válvula IMT debe pasar de abierto a cerrado y el parámetro de realimentación de la válvula IMT debe pasar de 18,4-25,2 por ciento a 76,3-83,2 por ciento.

Pruebas de Circuitos / Sistemas
1. Encendido OFF, desconecte el conector del mazo de válvulas IMT en la válvula IMT.
2. Probar menos de 1 ohmio de resistencia entre el terminal de circuito de tierra de la válvula IMT C y tierra.

◊ Si es mayor que el valor especificado, pruebe el circuito de masa para una resistencia abierta / alta.

3. Encendido ON, verifique que una lámpara de prueba se ilumine entre el terminal A del circuito de tensión del encendido 1 de la válvula IMT y tierra.

◊ Si la lámpara de prueba no se ilumina, pruebe el circuito de tensión de la ignición 1 de la válvula IMT de corto a tierra o una resistencia abierta / alta. Si el circuito prueba normal y el fusible del circuito de tensión de la ignición 1 de la válvula IMT está abierto, pruebe o reemplace la válvula IMT.

4. Conecte una lámpara de prueba entre el terminal C del circuito de control de la válvula IMT y el terminal de circuito de tensión de la ignición 1 de la válvula IMT.
5. Comience a encender y apagar la válvula IMT con una herramienta de exploración. La lámpara de prueba debe encenderse y apagarse cuando cambia entre los estados ordenados.

◊ Si la lámpara de prueba está siempre encendida, pruebe el circuito de control de la válvula IMT de corto a masa. Si el circuito prueba normal, reemplace el módulo de control del motor.

◊ Si la lámpara de prueba está siempre apagada, pruebe el circuito de control de la válvula IMT para una tensión corta o una resistencia abierta / alta. Si el circuito prueba normal, reemplace el módulo de control del motor.

6. Encendido ON, prueba 4-6 voltios entre el terminal D del circuito de señal de la válvula IMT y tierra.

◊ Si es menor que el rango especificado, pruebe el circuito de señal de la válvula IMT para un cortocircuito a tierra o una resistencia abierta / alta. Si el circuito prueba normal, reemplace el módulo de control del motor.

◊ Si es mayor que el rango especificado, pruebe el circuito de la señal de la válvula IMT para cortocircuito a voltaje. Si el circuito prueba normal, reemplace el módulo de control del motor.

7. Instale un cable de puente con fusibles 3A entre el terminal D del circuito de señal de la válvula IMT y la tierra. Verifique que las transiciones del parámetro de realimentación de la válvula IMT de la herramienta de exploración sean de 0-100 por ciento.

◊ Si el parámetro no cambia, pruebe el circuito de señal de la válvula IMT de corto a masa o una resistencia abierta / alta. Si el circuito prueba normal, reemplace el módulo de control del motor.

8. Si todos los circuitos prueban normal, pruebe o reemplace la válvula IMT.
